Under what conditions will you accept a return or exchange?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your purchase is not to your liking, we invite you to return it in its original condition within 30 days for a refund, replacement, or merchandise credit.

Sorry, no refunds or exchanges accepted on DVDs or jewellery.

 

How must items be returned?

  • All returns or exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase.
  • Please pack all merchandise carefully in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories and manuals. Include the packing slip that accompanied your order, and write a brief note explaining why the goods are being returned. Be sure to include your return address.
  • Please let us know if you prefer a refund on your credit card, exchange, or a merchandise credit to be used at a later date. Please note that we will only reimburse return shipping costs if the product is being returned due to our error or if the product is defective.
  • You can return the products purchased online by mailing your return via Canada Post. The Canada Science and Technology Museums Corporation is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the shipment of products you are returning to us. We strongly suggest insuring the return parcel prior to mailing it to the return address listed below:

What happens if a customer receives a product in damaged condition?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the rare event that your purchase is damaged upon its arrival, we invite you to return it in its shipped condition within 30 days for a refund, replacement, or merchandise credit. All packages are carefully packed and inspected prior to shipping.  If you receive a parcel that appears to be damaged, please follow the guidelines listed above for how to send in a Return or Exchange. On the packing slip, please indicate that the product was damaged upon arrival.
